We are the approved supplier for Tented accommodation you have many choices & options. Please see below to be able to choose from the latest tents from the No 1 British Tent manufacturer Vango. Everything is done for you just turn up and your tent will be pre pitched for you.
Please note:
You will still need to purchase a Ticket to the games as the Tent hire does not include entrance into the games.

Delivery & Collection:
Delivery of your equipment to the one event is included in the hire fee.
Location of your Tent:
Each tent will be individually named please also tell us if you want your tent pitched next to your friend or family.

Tent Hire Options
VANGO Small Tent (for 1-2 Guests)
The Vango Skye 500 is an ideal 1-2 person tent. The diamond clear windows allow light to pour into the spacious porch area.
The outer is using Vango’s has 3000 mm waterproofness with taped seams to prevent leaks. The sewn in groundsheet provides a bug and draught free environment whilst a great nights sleep is guaranteed with the midnight bedroom.
These tents are popular for any size between 2-4 people sharing a tent at an event.

VANGO Medium Tent ( for 2-4 Guests)
The Vango Avington 500 combination of space, flexibility and simplicity makes it popular with anyone looking for a weekend tent. The tent consists of a separate bedroom and living area. with a pre attached extension creating a shelter for enjoying views and dining alfresco.
The internal height of the Avington 500 is 190cm so the majority of people will be able to stand up inside the tent, no more crawling around on your hands and knees.
In windy conditions the Vango Tension Band System can be used to make the Avington more sturdy and stable against strong gusts.
The outer is waterproof Protex 4000 polyester with taped seams to prevent leaks, and the fully sewn-in groundsheet in the bed room is a simple solution for keeping out draughts and creepy crawlies. The living area has a linked in groundsheet.
The front mesh door on the Vango Avington 500 allows for insect-free ventilation. Front and rear venting and a breathable inner keep you comfortable inside, and ‘comfort colours’ (darker over the bedroom) mean there’s no rush to get out of the tent on those bright mornings

VANGO Large Tent (for 4-6 guests)
The Vango Castlewood has two large bedrooms which can be split into 4 single bedrooms with a divider between the rooms. Each tent has one door with a mesh inner door this allows the air in and keep the bugs out. The other side of the tent has an additional entry door. The tent has a bathtub inner groundsheet providing a robust high sided water resistant base. The bedrooms can take 4 single sleeping mats or a double air bed. It also consists of 6.25 Sq M of living area.
The pre-angled poles help achieve greater internal space as well as creating an effective bracing system against strong side winds, making sure you feel completely secure in your outdoor home. Sprawl out in the king-sized bedrooms to get a great nights sleep before an adventurous day in the outdoors!
These tents are popular for groups of 4 people sharing a tent at an event, or a family who wants a bit more space.

5M Bell Tent (Glamping option ) 2-4 Guests
Are you looking for a different kind of tent? Not really a camper but would like to try Glamping?
Our bell tent will suit the the person who loves the outdoors to the person who wants a bit more luxury.
The bell tent can sleep from 1-4 people depending on the layout.
1. CAMPER
5m Bell Tent hire with waterproof groundsheet , pitched & taken down, you provide the rest. You can add beds or sleeping mats at the booking stage

2. GLAMPER BASIC
For a bit more luxury you can add a metal bed with 12 cm mattress to your tent. Each tent will consist of two single beds with 12 cm mattress on the bed. They can be separated to create twin beds or joined together to create a double bed inside your Bell tent. You can either bring your own bedding or you can hire it.

3. GLAMPER DELUXE
For the ultimate in Luxury in your tent. Complete with two metal beds with 12cm mattress, one LED pull down switch for Main light, Wind up lantern, Bedside table, Storage crate. Rugs over the groundsheet and entrance mat.
