Dates: Check in from Thursday 23rd July 2026 and everyone must be off site by 10 am Monday 27th July 2026.
We again will be running Our Focus Camping shop during the event and Self pitch tents can be collected from the shop.

As Focus approved supplier for Tented accommodation you have many choices & options.
You can choose from the latest tents from the No 1 British Tent manufacturer Vango.
Simply hire your tent and pitch it yourself or we will pitch it for you.
You can also have your tent pitched within your church group.
Also available for hire those extras such as camp beds, sleeping bags, chairs, tables & lanterns. Subject to availability.

Tent Options
VANGO Small Tent (for 1-2 Guests)
The Vango Skye 500 is not only a very simple tent to erect but offers a full height and compact front porch. Ideal for the overnight or short camping trips.
The internal height of the Skye 500 is 185cm so the majority of people will be able to stand up inside the tent, no more crawling around on your hands and knees.
The outer is waterproof Protex 4000 polyester with taped seams to prevent leaks, and the fully sewn-in groundsheet in the bed room is a simple solution for keeping out draughts and creepy crawlies. The living area has a linked in groundsheet.
The front mesh door on the Vango Skye 500 allows for insect-free ventilation. Front and rear venting and a breathable inner keep you comfortable inside, and ‘comfort colours’ (darker over the bedroom) mean there’s no rush to get out of the tent on those bright mornings.

VANGO Medium Tent ( for 2-4 Guests)
The Vango Avington 500 combination of space, flexibility and simplicity makes it popular with anyone looking for a weekend tent. The tent consists of a separate bedroom and living area. with a pre attached extension creating a shelter for enjoying views and dining alfresco.

VANGO JORO AIR (2-4 Guests)
The Vango Joro 450 Air this spacious 4 man tent offers two queen size bedrooms along with a large living area that can be extended by rolling up the front porch.
Gone are the days of working out which pole goes where and worrying if the poles will snap, as the Joro simply inflates to offer a rigid structure so you can spend more time enjoying your holiday and less time erecting your tent. The Joro erects in just 15 minutes from the included double action air pump.
Getting a decent night’s sleep is always a priority, thankfully the Joro Air 450 features nightfall technology which reduces light in the sleeping area, so you can have a full night’s sleep and not be woken by an early sunrise. Vango Large Tent (4-6 Guests)
The Vango Castlewood has two large bedrooms which can be split into 4 single bedrooms with a divider between the rooms. Each tent has one door with a mesh inner door this allows the air in and keep the bugs out. The other side of the tent has an additional entry door. The tent has a bathtub inner groundsheet providing a robust high sided water resistant base. The bedrooms can take 4 single sleeping mats or a double air bed. It also consists of 6.25 Sq M of living area.
The pre-angled poles help achieve greater internal space as well as creating an effective bracing system against strong side winds, making sure you feel completely secure in your outdoor home. Sprawl out in the king-sized bedrooms to get a great nights sleep before an adventurous day in the outdoors!
These tents are popular for groups of 4 people sharing a tent at an event, or a family who wants a bit more space.
