We are a family company based in West Sussex and we have created tented villages for between 20-2500 people all around the country throughout the summer. Past Villages include the Olympics 2012, British Grand Prix, Open Golf Championship since 2016, Isle of Man TT races Focus, One event.
We are looking for the following staff.
1. Seasonal Tent / Marquee Erectors based at Coolham West Sussex RH13
We are looking for Seasonal Staff from June until September 2023 to put up Marquees and Tents around South East England.
- Our normal working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am till 5pm with occasional optional weekend work and overnight trips to further afield.
- Training will be given and rates of pay per hour will be discussed depending on age and experience. Most of the work will be outside in the sunshine, it is physical work and requires some lifting and carrying items.
- You must have the ability to work in the UK and any payment is subject to the normal HM Government Taxation laws.
- We are based in Coolham, West Sussex (Near Horsham) and ideally you will need to be able to drive to work.
- Free parking is available on site.

2. Job Locations Summer 2023 - Temporary Tent Erectors
Please have a look at the various locations we have vacancies over the summer. You do not have to be available for all the days of the event.
- We like to use local people where possible to help erect the tents supervised by our own staff. Please see below current temporary vacancies
- Pay rates will vary depending on age and how long you are required to work as each job is different. You must have the ability to work in the UK and any payment is subject to the normal HM Government Taxation laws.
- English does not have to be your first language but you must be able to understand and take direction.
- You do not have to be available for every day we have work for.
- Please be prepared to work in all weathers and wear appropriate clothing depending on the local weather conditions.
- Experience putting up tents will be beneficial however training will be given on the day.

Training & Other Information.
- Onsite along with some online training will be given on how to pitch the tents.

- Often Sites are in out of reach places so Free Car parking is available on site. It is your responsibility to get to the site each day on time.
- Please wear suitable clothing including footwear as we still work if it is raining. Therefore waterproof jacket, trousers and proper footwear.
- Likewise, if it is hot and sunny please wear / bring sun cream.
- Please bring your own food and drinks as there is nothing on site and with ½ hour for lunch, there is not enough time to leave the site to get lunch.
- There will be daily targets of the number of tents we expect to be pitched / taken down by the team of erectors. If we manage to beat these targets we may finish early and you will still get paid for the whole day.
- If it is really bad weather (heavy rain) we may have to postpone work and therefore your hours may be extended so the work can be completed on time.
- Payment will be direct to your Bank and a few days after the job has been taken down.
