Event Information

Dates:  Check in from 3 pm Friday  29th June 2018 and everyone must be off site by 1 pm Sunday 1st July 2018.

Accommodation Options:  You have 2 tented options  all with the tent being  already pitched for you.  Also available for hire those extras such as camp beds, sleeping bags, chairs,tables & lanterns.

Delivery & Collection: Delivery of your equipment to the event is included in the hire fee.

Location of your Tent:  All tents will be pitched in an area if you want to be pitched next to somebody you know who is also camping please let us know.

Can I have electric inside my tent?:  No sorry this is not available on this site.

2 Tent Hire Options

VANGO Small Tent  (for 1-2 Guests).

For the Vango small tent we use the Vango Berkley 500 is not only a very simple tent to erect but offers a full height and compact front porch. Ideal for the overnight or short camping trips. Although it can sleep up to 5 people this would be rather cramp  we think this is an ideal tent for 1 or 2 people who are staying for the weekend.

The internal height of the Berkeley 500 is 185cm so the majority of people will be able to stand up inside the tent, no more crawling around on your hands and knees.

The outer is waterproof Protex 4000 polyester with taped seams to prevent leaks, and the fully sewn-in groundsheet in the bed room is a simple solution for keeping out draughts and creepy crawlies. The living area has a linked in grounsheet.

The front mesh door on the Vango Berkeley 500 allows for insect-free ventilation. Front and rear venting and a breathable inner keep you comfortable inside, and ‘comfort colours’ (darker over the bedroom) mean there’s no rush to get out of the tent on those bright mornings.

VANGO Medium  Tent ( for 2-4 Guests)

For the Vango medium tent we use the Vango   Woburn  500   with its combination of space, flexibility and simplicity makes it popular with anyone looking for a weekend tent. The tent consists of  a separate bedroom and living area. Ideal tent for 2 -4 people staying at the event

The internal height of the Woburn 500 is 185cm so the majority of people will be able to stand up inside the tent, no more crawling around on your hands and knees.

In windy conditions the Vango Tension Band System can be used to make the Iris more sturdy and stable against strong gusts.
